                Prof. Radhak Rishnan is a highly experienced CFO and Finance Director with over 25 years of expertise in the financial services and manufacturing industries. After qualifying as a Cost & Management Accountant, he began his career in financial services and later transitioned into the manufacturing sector, building a diverse and accomplished professional journey.

                Throughout his career, Prof. Rishnan has held progressively senior roles within the finance function, ultimately serving on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations. He has worked with renowned multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola, Fonterra, and Energizer/Eveready, as well as leading regional organizations, including Liberty Oil Mills (India) and the IFFCO Group (UAE).

                Prof. Rishnan’s extensive expertise aligns seamlessly with the mission of CIKDP, focusing on harnessing knowledge to enhance productivity and drive capacity building across diverse sectors. His work across various industries has equipped him with a deep understanding of the practical challenges associated with economic development and governance. This rich experience fuels his dedication to advancing research, training, and consulting services that foster efficient management practices and improve organizational productivity worldwide.

                A global professional, Prof. Rishnan has lived and worked across Asia (including India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand), Africa (including Kenya and South Africa), and the Middle East and North Africa (notably in GCC countries such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, as well as Egypt and Tunisia).                 Gabriel Mosaku is an accomplished global leader with over 18 years of professional experience driving strategic initiatives, fostering international partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. Currently at the helm of the North America team for the Canada Institute of Knowledge Development & Productivity (CIKDP), Gabriel plays a critical role in advancing the institute's mission of knowledge development and productivity enhancement.

                As a Managing Director of Partnerships and Global Development and Co-Founder, Gabriel has been instrumental in shaping the institute’s strategic direction and establishing its global footprint. His expertise spans forging impactful partnerships with governments, academic institutions, NGOs, and the private sector. With a presence in over 45 countries, Gabriel has cultivated a deep understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, positioning the CIKDP as a trusted partner in global productivity and innovation initiatives.

                Throughout his career, Gabriel has consistently delivered transformative results by aligning innovative programs with international priorities. His leadership in resource mobilization has secured critical funding and forged sustainable alliances, ensuring the institute’s flagship programs thrive and deliver measurable impact. Additionally, he has represented the CIKDP on global platforms, advocating for knowledge sharing, sustainable development, and entrepreneurship.

                Gabriel’s career is marked by his visionary leadership, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to fostering growth through collaboration. His ability to navigate complex global ecosystems makes him an invaluable asset to any initiative focused on driving systemic change and sustainable progress.
