Prof. Radhak Rishnan is a highly experienced CFO and Finance Director with over 25 years of expertise in the financial services and manufacturing industries. After qualifying as a Cost & Management Accountant, he began his career in financial services and later transitioned into the manufacturing sector, building a diverse and accomplished professional journey.
Throughout his career, Prof. Rishnan has held progressively senior roles within the finance function, ultimately serving on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations. He has worked with renowned multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola, Fonterra, and Energizer/Eveready, as well as leading regional organizations, including Liberty Oil Mills (India) and the IFFCO Group (UAE).
Prof. Rishnan’s extensive expertise aligns seamlessly with the mission of CIKDP, focusing on harnessing knowledge to enhance productivity and drive capacity building across diverse sectors. His work across various industries has equipped him with a deep understanding of the practical challenges associated with economic development and governance. This rich experience fuels his dedication to advancing research, training, and consulting services that foster efficient management practices and improve organizational productivity worldwide.
A global professional, Prof. Rishnan has lived and worked across Asia (including India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand), Africa (including Kenya and South Africa), and the Middle East and North Africa (notably in GCC countries such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, as well as Egypt and Tunisia).
