Terms and Condition

Fees: The fee covers all documentation, lunch, and refreshments provided throughout the seminar.

Mode of Payment: Delegates may choose to pay the course fee directly or request an invoice to be sent to their company or sponsor. Both credit card and cheque payments are accepted.

Cancellation / Substitution: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received at least three (3) weeks before the seminar date. A processing fee of US$ 250.00 will apply per delegate for each cancellation. After this period, fees are non-refundable, but we would be happy to accommodate a colleague to substitute for you.

Hotel Accommodation: Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. Attendees may be eligible for a reduced corporate rate and a limited number of rooms at the seminar venue. Reservations should be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the program start. All accommodations are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions.

Attendance Certificate: A certificate of attendance will be awarded only to those delegates who complete the entire program, including receiving applicable Continuing Professional Education Units/Hours.

Force Majeure: The Company reserves the right to postpone, change the seminar venue, or substitute the assigned instructor due to circumstances beyond its control.
