Cancellation Policy
Seminar cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least four (4) weeks before the seminar date. A processing fee of US$ 350.00 will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. After this period, fees are non-refundable; however, we would be happy to accommodate a colleague as a substitute in your place.
